Hari has around 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He started his career as a Trainee Software developer and held positions such as Software Designer, Technical Architect and Lead Solutions Architect. He had the opportunity to work in Indian, Singapore and Malaysian Startups very early on in his career. He has experience working with multi-national product & services companies from the Asia, US and Europe as a Solution Architect.

Living with Type 2 Diabetes very early-on in his life inspired Hari to establish AHA Health in London. He strongly believes that technology can empower Doctors and their Patients identify the risk, prevent and manage long-term illnesses like Diabetes, Hypertension, etc, and take ownership of their own health and wellness.

Dr.Anojan Arulanathan

Anojan completed his medical degree (MBBS) from Imperial College London and has spent a number of years working in both London and the surrounding area. After finishing his Core Surgical training he undertook a Full Time MBA at the Imperial College Business School.

He is passionate about empowering people to take better ownership of their own healthcare, and wants to increase to accessibility of healthcare to all.

Anojan is responsible for ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers and also meet regulatory requirement. He is also responsible for liasing with healthcare providers to ensure that our services meet their needs and those of the patients they treat.

Dr. Aravind Ganesh

Aravind completed his training as a Medical Doctor (MD) in 2012 at the University of Calgary in Calgary, Canada and is specializing in neurology as a resident with the Department of Clinical Neurosciences. He was awarded a Rhodes scholarship in 2014, through which he pursued a DPhil in Clinical Neurosciences at the University of Oxford’s Centre for Prevention of Stroke and Dementia. He was awarded the Canadian Medical Association’s Young Leaders award in 2017 for his commitment to education, research, and innovation in healthcare.

Aravind is leading AHA Health’s Wellcome Trust-funded initiative to improve care for patients with neurological diseases and their caregivers.

Dr. Sudharsini Arumugam

Dr Sudha is a highly qualified dynamic general practitioner (GP) with experience of working in primary care as a GP in India and Malaysia. Her interest in integrated digital healthcare systems as the future of Healthcare delivery prompted her to help Hari in his digital healthcare startup journey.

Sudha advises and validates each and every feature added to the SelfCare Platform. Sudha helps build risk assessment procedures for various long term illnesses like Diabetes and Hypertension.

John advises and counsels CxOs, Directors and Business Managers on the capabilities and value of new methods and technologies in providing business enhancing services. John has deep pragmatic experience in using technology to make a change in industry coupled with a particular focus on Big Data and High Performance Analytics where data is being used to drive business yield, business growth, monetize data, redefine competitive advantage and exploit information. John’s experience includes:

Former regional CTO for SAS: The Business Analytics Company delivering Big Data and new analytic solutions.

CTO and Technical Assurance Advisor for transforming legacy systems to multi-channel, multi-product services leveraging existing investment.

A key member of the Overall Design Authority for the delivery of transformation of IT systems in the UK National Health Service (NHS) for Southern England and London.

Dr. Malavika Varma

Malavika completed her medical training (MBBS) at A.I.M.S in Kochi, India, after which she served as a house-surgeon, provided medical care to underserved rural communities in Kerala, and also worked with the University of Oxford’s Centre for Prevention of Stroke and Dementia. She is currently settled in Canada and is interested in general practice. She also writes articles on healthcare issues and innovations for “What’s up, Doc?”, a medical column featured in Canadian newspapers.

Malavika will address the clinical integration of our modular platform, liaising with both patient groups and physicians to ensure that it meets their unique needs. She will be instrumental in gathering new requirements from new clinical users of AHA Health Network.

Chendil Kumarr

Chendil Kumarr is a seasoned business man and a pioneer in tech education in South India. Promoted software coding among youngsters as early as 1995 by starting software development and training institute. He also worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Executive in India promoting medical products with Doctors and Hospital administrations. Chendil is a certified Quality and Safety Assessment Officer.

At AHA Health, Chendil overseas early adoption of digital health technologies into small and medium sized hospital and care homes across India. He is also responsible for setting up of various Pilots and trials to collect evidence on the benefits of using a decentralised health records network built with Blockchain.
Tendul was listed as one of the top 10 Blockchain experts in India recently. At AHA Health, he has been instrumental in developing our prototype and is currently focussing on delivering our Minimum Viable Product(MVP).

Peter Morgan

Director, Big Data & AI

Peter is author of the popular report, “Machine Learning is Changing the Rules: Ways Businesses Can Utilize AI to Innovate”, published by O’Reilly. He is passionate about AI and Blockchain and the positive changes these technologies can and are bringing to society. Peter founded the Artificial Intelligence consulting company, Deep Learning Partnership, www.deeplp.com in 2012 to carry out his mission of helping to bring AI to the world.

He is a scientist-entrepreneur starting out in high energy physics enrolled in the PhD program at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After leaving UMass, Peter worked for companies such as Cisco, IBM and BT Labs. After getting an MBA and focussing on financial trading algorithms, Peter worked for three years on an experiment lead by Stanford University to measure the mass of the neutrino. He advises and mentors technology startups and is a speaker at AI conferences and meetups.

At AHA Health, Peter Oversees Big Data & Artificial Intelligence initiatives that will harvests new Health Risk algorithms in future.
